New Years Eve Drink Recipes

Champagne Punch 

  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle white wine, chilled
  • 1 liter carbonated water, chilled
  • 2 (750 milliliter) bottles champagne, chilled
  • 1 lemon - sliced, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, garnish
  • In large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice concentrate, pink lemonade concentrate, limeade concentrate, white wine, club soda and champagne. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
  • Party Mimosa

    1 (12 ounce) can apricot-mango nectar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle cold champagne

  • Stir together apricot nectar, pineapple juice, water, and orange juice concentrate in a large pitcher until combined. Pour in bottle of sparkling wine just before serving.

New Year's Sparkler Recipe

  • 1 oz.SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit
  • 1.5 oz.Pomegranate Juice
  • 3.5 oz.Champagne
  • 5-6Raspberries
Combine SKYY Infusions Raspberry and cranberry juice in a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with raspberry tree.* 

*Slide 5-6 raspberries onto long skewer and place vertically in champagne glass. 
  • Midnight Kick

    2 oz. Cabo Wabo A'ejo Tequila
  • Orange Slice
  • Cinnamon

Wet the rim of a chilled shot glass with the orange slice. Then rim the shot glass with powdered cinnamon on a plate. Be careful not to turn the glass right side up until it has been rimmed. The orange liquid will drip otherwise. Shake the Cabo Tequila with ice in a shaker and strain into the chilled shot glass. Slam the shot and then bite into the orange slice to finish.

Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

  • 4 oz.Champagne
  • 1 oz.Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 teaspoonCassis
Pour chilled Champagne into a flute. Add pomegranate juice and cassis.

  • Lemon Rose Bellini 

    1 tbspLemon Sorbet
  • 1/2 ozVodka - citrus
  • 4 ozChampagne
  • 2-3Raspberries
In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, sorbet and vodka if using. Shake vigorously. Add Champagne or rose; stir gently. Strain into chilled Champagne flute. Top with raspberries.
