Breakfast Berry Smoothy


  •  2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries, strawberries, or other sweet berry

  • 1 1/4 cups apple juice

  • 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt

  • 1/4 cup  soy milk r

  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon



Dump everything in the blender and let'er rip. Serve immediately
