Buffalo Cheese Spread

* 1/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce — plus 2 Tbsp
* 12 oz Sharp cheddar cheese — Shredded
* 4 oz Blue cheese — crumbled
* 8 oz Cream cheese — softened
* 1/3 cup Margarine or butter — Softened
* Combine Hot sauce and other ingredients in food processor or mixer.

Beat until smooth. Chill. Remove 20 minutes before serving.

Yields 5 cups.
